An evening dedicated to the intricate and evocative chamber music of celebrated French composer Philippe Manoury (b. 1952). Manoury will be in Hong Kong as part of his residency at HKU Music, where he serves as the 2026 Rayson Huang Scholar. This concert—the culminating event of his residency—offers a rare and privileged glimpse into the creative world of one of contemporary music’s most influential figures. Renowned for his pioneering explorations of sound and form, Manoury’s music promises a compelling journey, marked by dazzling virtuosity and profound musical insight.
